8 Leith Docks Development Framework Executive Summary To reduce reliance on the private car, high quality pedestrian, cycle and public transport routes should be given priority over the needs of potential access by private cars. RMJM was commissioned in by Forth Ports to lead the design team for the creation of a year development framework which was intended to set the pattern of development in Leith Docks.
